

Bridget M. Bush is a Harvard Law graduate with decades of wide ranging litigation experience. She joined Frazer PLC in 2026 after successfully collaborating with the firm to represent a Kentucky water utility in the AFFF and PFAS multi-district litigation in federal court in Charleston, South Carolina.
Before joining the Frazer firm, Bridget was Counsel at Landrum & Shouse in Louisville, Kentucky. Her practice focused on white collar criminal defense as well as litigation of complex business disputes and constitutional issues. For example, she successfully represented Kentucky Secretary of State Michael G. Adams in 14 matters, primarily federal court, in constitutional challenges relating to implementation of the election laws. She also represented United States. Senator Rand Paul as amicus curiae in the Supreme Court of the United States for the challenge of the Affordable Care Act.
Her experience includes issues from a variety of business sectors, including healthcare, investment banking, life insurance, energy, accounting, defense procurement, management consulting and environmental compliance. She has been recognized for pro bono representation of victims of domestic violence.
Bridget previously worked in the Washington, D.C. office of Debevoise & Plimpton. She served as law clerk for the Honorable Richard J. Cardamone on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, which sits in New York. Bridget and her husband reside in Louisville, KY.
