

Scott Sifton brings more than 25 years of civil litigation and trial experience to his mass tort, product liability and toxic tort practice. In addition to more than a decade as a litigation partner at an AmLaw 100 law firm, Scott’s background includes:
Scott graduated from Truman State University cum laude and from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as Articles Editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law. His bar admissions include Missouri, Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, among others
In addition to fighting for accident and exposure victims in the courtroom, Scott also worked to protect access to the courts as a member of the Missouri Senate from 2013 – 2021, where he served as ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, and as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives from 2011 – 2013.
