Frazer PLC has won millions for our clients, and contributed to improving safety and regulations affecting millions of consumers.

$1.25 Million

$1.25 million verdict (October 2023) – in a Roundup cancer case against Bayer Monsanto – was the first plaintiff’s verdict in Monsanto’s home city and outside California, as well as the first plaintiff’s verdict for a consumer who purchased Roundup Ready-to-use and Concentrate in the retail lawn and garden market. According to Roe Frazer: “Monsanto has finally been held accountable by a jury outside the state of California for its conduct concerning Roundup. The case was hard fought by Monsanto’s best lawyers. In the end, the jury decided that John Durnell was right, that his Roundup use caused or contributed to his non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. David has defeated Goliath.”
